I have been a painter for most of my life. It was not until I had children of my own, however, that I decided to try my hand at portraits. As soon as brush touched canvas on that first portrait, I knew I had found my passion. I painted many portraits of my own children, but eventually my walls became too full to handle any more paintings! Through the encouragement of friends, I decided to offer my services to others.
I educate my two boys at home, and paint while they do independent work, or more often after bedtime. The best of painting times, though, are when they are painting right alongside me.
